Upload your GPS export and see the full training load picture for the squad and for every player. Your data stays on this device.
What the whole panel needs from you before this session.
Every player carrying a flag, worst first. A red flag means change something today. An amber flag means watch it.
The squad average per session, every measure one under the next. The label above each column is the change on the session before it, and hovering a column gives the figure itself. The line is the squad's acute to chronic workload ratio for that measure, read on the right hand scale, with the 0.80 to 1.30 zone shaded. The legend below shows which colour is which session type.
Top three and bottom three players in the most recent session for the metric you choose here.
Pick any two weeks and every metric is compared side by side, for the player chosen here. The player choice drives this whole tab. Distance metrics compare weekly totals, Max Speed compares the weekly best, and metres per minute compares the session average. Green is up on the earlier week, red is down.
One chart per measure for the chosen week. The bars are each day's total, read on the left axis, coloured by session type. The line is the acute to chronic workload ratio through the week, read on the right axis, and the shaded band is the zone between 0.80 and 1.30 where the ratio should live. Max Speed and Metres Per Minute do not accumulate into load, so they are not charted here.
Set your season start date and every session rolls up into tracking weeks. Accent coloured bars are weeks with a match in them. The PDF button opens your print window, choose Save as PDF there.
One player or the whole squad. Every metric is below, each one showing what was done, what their recent normal is, and whether the load is running hot. All squad shows the squad average per session. Leave the dates blank to see the whole season.
The records this season for the player chosen above, with the day each one was set. Choose All squad and these become the squad records with the record holder named. These are the numbers players talk about, so use them.
Every session in your data, newest first. Tag each one as Training, Match or Modified. Open a session to see every player and download a PDF report. The PDF button opens your print window, choose Save as PDF there.
Pick a match and see every player against the match targets for the squad you are viewing, one chart per metric. The dashed line is the target. Green bars are at or over it, the accent colour is within 25% of it, pale bars are further back. The PDF button opens your print window, choose Save as PDF there.
Player Cards is one PDF with a branded page per player: their numbers against the match targets with any season best flagged. Print it, or cut the pages up and send each player their own.
Add the sessions you plan to run. Total distance is required. HSR and high intensity distance are optional, and a session left blank on one of those simply adds nothing to that forecast. A session can apply to the whole squad or to one player, so plans can be individualised.
Each player as they stand now and at their highest projected point across the planned sessions that apply to them, for all three load measures one under the other. A player coming back after a quiet spell will project high on purpose, that is exactly the risk the ratio exists to catch.
What the next session should look like to keep workload ratios between 0.80 and 1.30. Pick the day of your next session, and whether you are planning for the whole squad or one player. The ranges assume nothing else is trained between your newest data and that day, so the further out you look, the bigger the numbers get.
Ranges for the average player. Keep the session inside these and the group stays in the zone. Keep above the floor to hold fitness, keep below the ceiling to avoid a spike.
Pick the first and last day of the block you are planning, up to three weeks, and the totals below leave the ratio in the zone when the block closes. Spread the work across the days rather than loading it into one, and any single session inside it still needs to respect the daily ranges above.
Players carrying a red flag right now, each with the session and the week that keep them on safe ground. These are the players whose plan should differ from the group.
Set the match demand per player for each metric. Session tables and the Match Report then show every player against these numbers, which tells you whether training is preparing them for the real thing. Targets are kept per squad, so each team you run can have its own. The fill button averages the sessions tagged as Match for the squad you are viewing.
Targets save automatically on this device and travel with your backup file.
Drop in the CSV export from your GPS provider. Upload the same file again after new sessions and duplicates are skipped automatically, so nothing is ever counted twice.
Make the dashboard belong to your team. The crest replaces the logo at the top of the page and on every PDF report, the team name sits above the title, and your colours run through the whole tool. Branding is kept per squad, so each team you run can have its own crest, name and colours; pick the squad above first, then set its look. Pick a dark shade for the background colour so the text stays readable.
Buttons, highlights and match bars.
The background. Keep it dark.
Training bars and supporting accents.
Every file you have brought in, newest first. Removing a file takes out only the records that file added. If a later file held some of the same sessions, they were skipped as duplicates at the time, so upload that file again after removing and its copies come in.
Create a link that opens this dashboard in view only mode: reports and PDFs work, but nothing can be changed. The link shares the squad you are viewing right now, with its branding, targets and season settings. Choose below which tabs the link shows and whether it shows every player or one player, so you can share a match report on its own, or a single player's load. Viewers see the data as it was when you created or last updated the link, so press Update after new uploads or after changing what the link shows. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with people you trust.
Upload at home, open the same dashboard at the pitch. Create a sync code on the device that holds your data, then open the sync link on your other devices and unlock with your password. Every change pushes up automatically and every device pulls the latest when it opens. This is built for one editor moving between their own devices; if two devices edit at the same moment, the last save wins. Clear All Data also unlinks the device it is pressed on.
The backup file holds every record plus your session tags and match targets. Keep one after each upload. Importing a backup replaces what is on this device.
Thirty seconds, before training. Your coach sees this and it helps them protect you. 1 is bad, 5 is great.
Your last seven days of work, against the four weeks before them.
Your records this season, and the day you set each one. Beat them.
